I just got a new pet. Louis, isn't he cute? He's a yellow parakeet. Santa brought me his cage and all of his food, and then I went to the pet store with my parents and picked him out. I'm going to hold and pet him a little bit everyday so he learns to love me. Parakeets are good at mimicking sounds. I'm going to teach him how to talk! I want to teach him something silly, so I'm going to teach him to say "Polly wanna lollypop?" or "criss cross applesauce."

ReplyDeleteIf you counted up all the pets you own and the sleepover guest pets and the walk-by, fly-by eat from your food dish pet sorts, I'll bet you have a zoo-full, Jensie. You're sure good with animals.
